“Our jam captures the rich flavors of Vietnam”
Our jam is based on an old family recipe that has been passed down for generations. The jam is cooked with great care in small copper cauldrons, brought over from France, to keep the taste of home cooking and at the same time capture the rich flavors and colors of Vietnam.
With a fresh fruit content of 60 % and final sugar level of 55 %, our jam is less sweet than many other brands.
