As a family-owned business and an integrated part of society, we have responsibilities, such as the wellbeing and development of our employees, the long-term relations and trust of our suppliers, and obligations to support our community.
We also have a responsibility to support the vulnerable, whenever possible. This includes a deep-seated responsibility to support the vulnerable and disadvantaged, recognizing that whenever possible, we must lend a helping hand to those in need.
Our role in society is not just as a business but as a steward of positive change, committed to making the world a better place for everyone.

We are a small tightly knit team. Most of our employees have been with us since the company was formed ten years ago and are united by their passion to create great tasting high quality products, products to be proud of!
All managerial positions in our production are held by university degree Food Engineers.
We always strive to maintain a healthy balance between work and play for our employees, understanding that this balance is essential for overall wellbeing and productivity.
To support this, we organize an annual company trip, providing everyone with a chance to unwind, bond, and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation.
